You will be the Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Sr Stf. Candidate will work for the Operations Manager for 0600, managing Facilitization activities on the 0600 Program as assigned. Facilitization is comprised support of production sites transitioning to production, including proposals, analysis, and layouts. Span time reduction, and ramping to rate activities will also be required. Significant coordination with other functional areas including Engineering, Master Planning and GSC to drive closure to technical/supplier initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Sr Stf, you will be responsible for

• Leading meetings, identifying opportunities for savings and overall product improvement, program schedule planning, manpower planning, hardware support, scheduling, NRE activities, and lean initiatives.
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence and be able to author Program Directives (PDs). Position involves limited travel.

Basic Qualifications:
4-year degree in related discipline
Production process knowledge
Excellent verbal/written communications
Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence. Possess a current a DOD Security SECRET clearance. Ability to travel.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
