Manufacturing Associate

Job Description:

The mid-level associate's responsibilities include operating equipment to produce complex components based on blueprints or work instructions.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include reading and following work procedures, operating and setting up equipment, and following instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Records daily output. Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures including wearing required PPE.
Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of complex manufacturing experience with the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
Mechanical assembly or CNC experience is helpful.
Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties.
Basic math skills required. Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.
Must be capable of steadily using their hands to operate manufacturing equipment.
Must be able to read and write simple statements.
Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.
