Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as a Data Analytics & Reliability Integrator! Our team is responsible for being the technical interface for the data tools utilized by the F-35 Lightning Sustainment Center and for performance metric reporting. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Ohio.

What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities include:
• Perform as an essential member of the F-35 Lightning Sustainment Center team integrating with the Data Integration team and Aircraft Sustainment Reliability Analytics Team.
• Work directly with both internal and external customers at all levels to accomplish analysis of F-35 fleet health and sustainment system performance degraders to include sustainment Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, maintenance procedures and system trends experienced across the F-35 fleet.
• Coordinate improvements to all data tools and analyzing performance data to identify critical items degrading fleet performance and converting the information into a presentable format for required stakeholders.
• Manage development and performance improvements for program approved data tools as the primary interface between the Lightning Sustainment Center and the software programming team(s).
• Analyze field performance data to drive decisions for solution alternatives; develop solutions to complex problems consistent with Sustainment performance metrics and reporting
• Analyze sustainment system performance degraders and trends experienced in the field
• Attend meetings/debriefings, as required, to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that would require company intervention to avoid aircraft downtime
• Analyze Work Order, Action Request (AR), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) data and trends to identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to improve system performance.
• Address sustainment improvement initiatives at a systems level, analyzing impacts to air system performance conducting lower-level root cause analysis where appropriate to determine actionable solution sets.
• Maintain open lines of communication to provide proactive interface with stakeholders on performance metric reporting.
•Establish and maintain a library of technical performance reporting.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
