Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for Associate Advanced Information Technologist, to join our growing Master Data Governance team in Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Plano, TX; or Hazelwood, MO.
This team is tasked with transforming the way BDS data is sourced, managed, and utilized to unlock insights to drive business growth and optimization. The team supports data needs for internal stakeholders, across BDS business programs and functions, and is tasked with utilizing data to inform and improve the full lifecycle of BDS products.
In this role you will support enterprise supplier master data management, SAP MDG implementation and BDS Data governance initiatives.
This role requires a resourceful, self-driven, outcome-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to partner, execute, and communicate skillfully, while solving problems in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with large scale data platforms, cloud computing, hybrid clouds, software development, and requirements management.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in research and development (R&D) and deployment of advanced computing technologies.
- Assists in evaluating emerging technology trends and products. Influences colleagues to use appropriate computational tools and processes
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform 3 days a week onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience developing software for automated solutions
- Knowledge of Data Management capabilities
- Experience with SAP Data Migration processes including preparation of conversion plan, timing of data loads, object dependencies, sequencing of tasks
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Team player, able to work in collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Technical Bachelors degree
- Experience with AWS GovCloud
- 1+ years of Agile and/or SAFe Agile
- Experience with micro-services architecture and familiarity with multi-cloud architectures
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 years related work experience, etc.).

Plano, TX: $90,950 - $117,700
Charleston, SC: $85,000 - $110,000
Everett, WA: $90,950 - $117,700
Hazelwood, MO: $85,000 - $110,000
Mesa, AZ: $85,000 - $117,700
