Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Supervisor to oversee aircraft accounting operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
What Youll DoAs the Accounting Supervisor, youll be the go-to expert for all things aircraft accounting and treasury. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead Month-End & Year-End Close
Oversee the full close process for aircraft accounting and treasury, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Deliver Financial Clarity
Prepare and review reconciliations and financial reports that support business transparency and compliance.
Support Audits
Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and successful audit processes.
Own the Budgeting Process
Develop and manage aircraft-related budgets and forecasts, including annual headcount planning.
Manage Cash Forecasting
Maintain accurate and forward-looking cash flow projections to support financial planning.
Oversee Fringe Reconciliations
Reconcile company fringe expenses with precision and accountability.
Drive Insights
Prepare special reports and analyses, contribute to cross-functional projects, and support ad hoc initiatives.
Lead & Mentor
Supervise and support the development of a Senior Accountant, fostering growth and collaboration.
Work Environment- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Office-based with a collaborative and supportive team culture.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The compensation for this position typically falls between $78,000 to $104,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
