Synopsis
Managing of Etihads properties portfolio worldwide, with particular focus on Abu Dhabi leasing properties
Accountabilities
- Source suitable vendors as per requirements.
- Carry out leasing negotiation with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain & developed customer relations internally & externally.
- Create & develop business plan to maximize revenue & reduce cost.
- Generate portfolio reports for the Head of Depatment.
- Monitor, analyse reports & highlight the challenges with recommendations
Education & Experience
- Bachelors in related field.
- Minimum 4/5 years experience in property releasing or relevant field.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
