We develop detailed specifications for aircraft new system installations, including Passenger Entertainment and Connectivity Services (IFE) and Cabin Interiors. Our team ensures that all regulatory requirements, safety standards, functionality, and maintainability are met for each aircrafts entry into service.

As the Manager In-Flight Connectivity, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the EK connectivity strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences through advanced technology and reliable connectivity solutions. Partner with Service Delivery to enhance passenger engagement with connectivity solutions. Collaborate with IT to manage cybersecurity, software upgrades, and digital user experience enhancements.
  • Ensure robust financial planning adherence, including comprehensive Risks and Opportunities (R&O) management, diligent budget oversight, and ongoing financial monitoring. This involves regularly reviewing financial performance against forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed, and fostering transparency to support informed decision-making and implementing solid governance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Provide structured training, career development, and performance management to enhance team capabilities.
  • Responsible for staying informed on the latest technical developments, fleet advancements, and emerging connectivity technologies. Explore opportunities to improve productivity for flight crew, maintenance personnel, and cabin crew through digital innovations. Lead initiatives integrating wireless technology, electronic communication protocols, and next-gen passenger connectivity solutions.
  • Lead the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into connectivity frameworks, ensuring enhanced efficiency, automation, and predictive analytics in network management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance AI literacy, ensuring that employees and stakeholders understand and effectively leverage AI-powered connectivity solutions.
