• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience 
• Five (5) years of leadership, management, or aviation experience
• Three (3) years of prior Part 121 airline experience
• Able to travel and/or work flexible hours/shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to use handheld radios and microphones to communicate with operations and make all terminal announcements
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft services and company required software and applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a driving record from the state of your primary residence that meets JetBlue Airways insurance standards
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Crewmember Expectations:

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice; be willing to travel as needed for training and company sponsored meetings
• Able to maintain a professional appearance
• When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

• Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue’s Safety Management System

• Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and company policies, procedures and risk controls

Physical Effort:

Compensation:

• The base pay range for this position is between $83,000.00 and $125,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
