You will actively support various HR processes, work independently on strategic HR projects and engage with a diverse team on an equal footing. This includes topics such as talent identification, career counseling and succession planning.

Your tasks will include:

• Support in the operational supervision of managers from various divisions of the Lufthansa Group
• Assistance with the organization, preparation, follow-up and implementation of the annual performance and potential assessment of managers, as well as succession planning
• Supporting the planning and organization of events for managers
• Assistance with the conception and organization of current projects in HR Management Executives
• Preparing presentations and supporting the evaluation of key figures as part of management processes

To become part of our HR Management Executives, you should bring the following with you:

• You are at least in the 4th semester of an advanced Bachelors degree program or in an ongoing Masters degree program in business administration, psychology, communication sciences, economics, etc.
• You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
• You are enthusiastic, follow a structured approach and have a high degree of initiative
• You find it easy and fun to work effectively with different people in a team
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
