Industrialization Leader H/M

Job Description:

Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESAs quality and safety management systems, manufacturers manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the Industrialization leader has the following responsibilities: She/He leads the industrialization department to meet and maintain the corporate objectives assigned to the area. Supervises the development of repair methods for aeronautical components processed in SAESA. Reviews and validates the work documents necessary to carry out the different procedures for disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing of modules, sub-modules, accessories and parts within the SAESA capacity list. Lead and coordinate with all Safran areas and external suppliers the implementation of new industrial processes and repairs.Follow up the Industrialization department performace through the defined KPIs.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
