The Investigator Lead will drive Collins’ commitment to ethical conduct and integrity across the region. This individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring fair and timely resolution of internal ethics and compliance matters. Operating within the Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) framework, the Lead promotes RTX’s values and the Code of Conduct and works closely with regional leadership and stakeholders to identify trends, mitigate risks, and strengthen compliance efforts.
What will you do:
- Lead end-to-end internal investigations into potential violations of company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws
- Analyze complex cases to identify regulatory obligations and prepare clear, thorough reports and disclosures for internal stakeholders and government entities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive impactful corrective action plans
- Act as a strategic partner to the Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team and broader business units, delivering timely updates, identifying emerging trends, and helping mitigate compliance risks
- Travel internationally up to 15 to support regional operations and investigations
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years compliance investigations experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years compliance investigations experience
- Significant investigations experience related to complex and/or criminal investigations and disclosures (e.g., False Claims Act, time charging) and/or with corporate ethics and compliance matters (e.g., Code of Ethics, harassment, retaliation, discrimination)
- Significant experience conducting investigations with minimal daily supervision and experience briefing matters to business stakeholders and Executive Leaders
- Solid understanding of local and international compliance regulations, ensuring all investigations meet legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to prioritize a complex workload, to work with minimal daily supervision and to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the aerospace or manufacturing environment (a plus, not a requirement)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, fairness, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively in a global organization
