Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking an Entry-Level Project Management Specialist to support the Program Management Team in Riyadh. The Program Management Specialist will assist in various project management tasks, ensuring adherence to project management standards and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Scheduling Support:
Communication Facilitation:
Support communication efforts with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
Act as a focal point for programs, projects, or functions as required.
Logistics and Compliance:
Assist in logistics, import, and export efforts related to program activities.
Support the review of proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect program data from program managers, leads, and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
Assist in the maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, and metrics.
Best Practices Implementation:
Documentation Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather and organize documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and vendor quotes.
Ensure all documents comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Meeting Participation:
Participate in daily and weekly meetings, assisting in preparation and follow-up.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes in a timely manner.
Presentation and Reporting:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
Minimum One Year experience in related field is required.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows-based systems is a plus.
Basic project management experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi law. Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy all Saudi labor and immigration formalities.
