Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work with a global matrix team at our Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RSA) Headquarters. In this role you will support RSA implementation of program execution, new business captures, and Middle East North Africa (MENA) Group Contracts Operations.
In this role you will be a contracts professional with a high degree of responsibility in a complex, multi-contract international business with key existing strategic and new Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) customers, and you will report to the RSA Senior Contracts Manager,
You will be responsible for developing a close and impactful working relationship with the internal stakeholders and global customers such as KSA Ministries and other government agencies.

This Accompanied position will be onsite in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a long-term international assignment with additional compensation.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
What You Will Do
- Support the engagement and business activities with mission areas on a matrixed geographically dispersed team.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Support KSA Direct Commercial Sales captures to accomplish the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Collaborate toward improvements of processes through use of the existing tools
- Support the development of new tools to enhance performance of programs, captures or other business entity.
- Participate in MENA Contracts training and development when needed.
- Co-manage OCONUS contracts duties resulting in achieving program and business area objectives.
- Ensure successful governance / compliance with company policies and Export/Import obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of complex program / contract issues and use knowledge of situational dynamics to establish personal engagement strategies to resolve them.
- Recognize business and contractual issues in program performance, implement solutions, carry to completion, while exercising good judgment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years’ experience.
- Experience with international customers.
- Experience with proposal preparation.
- Experience with International Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracting.
- Experience in negotiations and demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a geographically dispersed team.
- Experience and / or knowledge of working in MENA region and business acumen.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Law, or other field, or a master’s in law or Juris Doctorate in Law is preferred.
- Experience working in GCC countries.
- Contract management experience or related business discipline experience managing DCS and / or Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Contracts.
- International negotiations experience.
- Understanding and use of Import and Export controls, compliance, and licensing.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and shared data bases.
- Excellent focus on responsiveness with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent and effective communicator both orally and in writing.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
