Description:As the C5ISR Manager, you will assist in the analysis, application, and integration of mission critical expeditionary, rapid deployable military and commercial communications systems and networks to support SOF operations and training tactics, techniques, and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct communications system testing, evaluations of principles, methods and tools to support employment and execution of expeditionary, rapid deployable military and commercial communications systems and networks as approved.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Preparation and presentation of reports and findings.
•Recommendations to the government representatives as required.
•Keep pace with commercial off the shelf equipment and technological advances in order to recommend sustainment of customer capabilities.
•Provide input as necessary to policies for requirements.
•Assist the design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced C5ISR capabilities
•Providing technical insight into communications networks and overseeing Test and Evaluation planning
•Analyzing integrated Master Schedules to identify dependencies, gaps, and risks
•Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure operational planning needs are met

Basic Qualifications:
Willingness to submit to and pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph
10 years of relevant DoD/IC experience in C5ISR
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven expertise in C5ISR policies, authorities, and integration.
Desired Skills:
Current CI Polygraph
Experience with National Security Agency, US Cyber Command, or equivalent military operations.
5+ years of experience with DoD/ IC tactical C5ISR systems or C5ISR systems engineering.
Understanding of the planning, programing, budgeting and execution process and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification in Program Managment, Systems Engineering, or Test and Evaluation Management, or equivalent Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) coursework.
Bachelors Degree in relevant field from an accredited university.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
