We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations through effective equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. This hands-on role is ideal for a multi-craft technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and values safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment to support daily manufacturing needs.
Coordinate with supervisors and managers to respond to equipment breakdowns efficiently.
Support upgrades to existing equipment by gathering data and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Assist with installing, relocating, and reconstructing equipment according to operational plans.
Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24VDC controls to 480VAC, 3-phase industrial systems.
Address safety and facility needs, including:
Perform general facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
Maintain outside grounds, including snow and ice removal when needed.
Manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and shop supplies.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
3–5 years of electrical experience (required).
High school diploma or equivalent; skilled trades or technical coursework preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
Multi-craft technician capability.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
