Overview
Liberty Jet is seeking a senior-level maintenance compliance professional to lead compliance and quality assurance functions within our Part 135 operation.
This role reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for ensuring a structured, audit-ready compliance environment across a managed fleet of business aircraft. The position is hands-on and operationally focused, working closely with maintenance leadership, vendors, and FAA representatives.
About the Operation:
- 15–20 aircraft under management.
- Mixed fleet of midsize and large-cabin business jets.
- Combination of Part 135 charter and owner-operated aircraft.
- Established, stable operation with a strong compliance foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain CASS/CASP programs.
- Manage MEL development, revisions, and FAA coordination.
- Support and coordinate FAA surveillance and external audits.
- Oversee maintenance compliance activities, including:
- Maintenance tracking system accuracy and oversight.
- CMP and inspection program compliance.
- Maintenance record reviews and conformity checks.
- Vendor and Part 145 repair station audits.
- Oversight of contract maintenance.
- Drive consistency, documentation quality, and audit readiness across the maintenance organization.
