Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineering Technician to support aerospace production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aircraft or aerospace manufacturing, working with precision tools, engineering drawings, and high-quality standards to support spaceflight hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace components
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Use precision tools (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers)
Apply adhesives, sealants, and thermal protection materials
Maintain safety standards, FOD control, and 5S practices
Support production setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or mechanical manufacturing
Experience with precision tools and blueprint reading
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
A&P License or aerospace certification
Experience with TPS, structures, or spacecraft/aircraft assembly
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge
