About the Opportunity:
Join our clients renowned Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic and be at the forefront of providing premier on-site maintenance services to a diverse range of aviation platforms. In this dynamic role, you will be the crucial link between grounded aircraft and getting them back in the air, offering top-tier service and quick response times. Responsibilities:
Rapidly deploy to AOG events and deliver high-quality maintenance services.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently in line with FAA and OEM standards.
Communicate effectively with external customers to manage expectations and timelines.
Accurately document maintenance activities using internal systems.
Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Uphold professionalism and deliver excellent customer service on-site.
Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all actions.
Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Clear and professional communication with external clients.
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site.
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused.
Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
Willingness to travel to customer locations and follow PPE/safety protocols.
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces and various weather conditions).
