Job Title: Aircraft AssemblerJob Description
This position is a 6-month contract to hire role working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will be tasked with modifying and replacing parts such as instruments, wiring, and tires. Your work will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines, performed under immediate supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance is performed in an airworthy condition, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and performing additional duties as requested.
Responsibilities
- Modify and replace aircraft parts such as instruments, wiring, and tires.
- Perform work in accordance with approved FAA data.
- Ensure all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.
- Maintain premises, repair stations, and shop tools in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform cleaning and waxing of airplanes.
- Complete additional duties as requested by supervisor or other management personnel.
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to work off blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanically inclined with skills in troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, airframe, and hydraulic systems.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
