Job Description

This position is a 6-month contract to hire role working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will be tasked with modifying and replacing parts such as instruments, wiring, and tires. Your work will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines, performed under immediate supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance is performed in an airworthy condition, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and performing additional duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• Modify and replace aircraft parts such as instruments, wiring, and tires.
• Perform work in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Ensure all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.
• Maintain premises, repair stations, and shop tools in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform cleaning and waxing of airplanes.
• Complete additional duties as requested by supervisor or other management personnel.

• Experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Ability to work off blueprints and schematics.
• Mechanically inclined with skills in troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, airframe, and hydraulic systems.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
