📦 Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

📍Location: Midland, Texas

🕒Job Type: Contract to hire

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable warehouse associate to join our Shipping and receiving team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the assembly and handling of high-precision components.

• Collaborate with the production team to assemble satellite sub-assemblies.
• Sort, organize, and place materials or items on designated racks, tables, or bins.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment to assemble and inspect parts.
• Clean and package assembled components in protective materials.
• Pack, seal, and transport boxes and small parts within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in packing, inventory, picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong general labor and warehouse operations knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
