The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for the processing of all incoming and outgoing packages at Life Flight Network’s Headquarters. They will also distribute received goods to their respective storage location, base, or department and process, receive and transfer transactions in Life Flight Network’s inventory software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of parts and shipping experience, preferably in the aviation industry
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with varying levels of an organization
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, changing work environment
- Able to travel by personal or company vehicle throughout LFN’s service area. Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile in good repair, provide proof of auto insurance and meet LFN’s Driver’s Policy requirements
- Forklift Experience preferred
