Senior Seat Structures Engineer (m/f/d) In our commercial modifications team, we are proud to operate under our EASA Part21J Design Organization Approval; with a clear mission: to become the number one customer choice for aircraft retrofit solutions in the commercial aviation spanet. Our international team, with strong presences in Hamburg and Munich, specializes in interior retrofit projects, ranging from halon fire extinguisher replacements to full cabin tube strips.
As we expand our operations in Germany, we are excited to grow our Seat Integration Team in Hamburg, focusing on unique seat certification and integration for all Boeing aircraft models. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and quality, making us the preferred provider of cabin modifications and maintenance.

Be responsible for and lead the certification activities for aircraft seating products, with the Boeing Commercial Airplanes business unit, to produce STCs that permit post-delivery installation of new seating products.

Basic qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Collaboration: You are experienced in leading complex projects including influencing team members and stakeholders (suppliers, customers, solution providers) involved and are willing to help develop, mentor and coach less experienced staff.
Tools: You can demonstrate solid expertise with key engineering tools: ENOVIA, Catia V5/V6, Altair Hyper Works, PATRAN / NASTRAN.
Personality: You are a principled, reliable professional who values integrity, safety, and accountability, always striving for the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct. Inclusive and collaborative by nature, you communicate transparently, respect diverse perspectives and take ownership to drive results the right way.
