Be the Force Behind a Smarter, Faster Hiring ProcessPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Engineering Technical Specialist – Analyst to support our Engineering Workforce team in a fast-paced aerospace environment. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the center of recruitment operations, helping drive smarter, faster, and more effective hiring. If you excel at process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and thrive in a people-focused role—this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Be DoingStreamlining Recruitment: Optimize resume reviews, interview scheduling, and overall workflow to ensure hiring timelines are met.
Team Collaboration: Partner with talent acquisition and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and panel development.
Interview Support: Confirm stakeholder availability and ensure interview panels are aligned with hiring strategy.
Candidate Tracking: Maintain up-to-date shared documentation to track candidate status and program demand.
Driving Efficiency: Establish feedback loops for immediate input on interview outcomes and offer decisions to improve hiring responsiveness.
QualificationsRequired:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Experience with recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, OR
Master’s degree with 8+ years, OR
14+ years of directly applicable experience.

Pay Details: $59.26 per hour
