The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Engineering Technical Specialist located in Berkeley, MO.
As a member of the Engineering Workforce team, you’ll have the opportunity to support F-15, F/A-18 and T-7A aircraft programs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: The Analyst will play a crucial role in streamlining our hiring process, ensuring timely resume reviews, and facilitating effective communication regarding candidate selection and interview scheduling.
- Collaboration and Coordination: The Analyst will work closely with the talent acquisition team to manage interview logistics, ensuring that the right individuals are involved in the selection process and that feedback is gathered promptly to inform hiring decisions.
- Interview Panel Development: The Analyst will ensure interviews are supported, confirming the availability of key stakeholders, and ensuring that the panel composition aligns with our hiring goals.
- Documentation and Tracking: The role involves creating and maintaining shared documentation to track candidates throughout the hiring process, providing visibility into the status of candidates and program needs.
- Feedback Implementation: The Analyst will help establish mechanisms for immediate feedback on interview outcomes and offer decisions, fostering a responsive and efficient hiring environment.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with data analytics in support of communications efforts
- Intermediate user, with office tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, TEAMS, PowerPoint, etc)
- Level 2: 7+ years of work-related experience OR 3+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor degree OR 1+ years of work-related experience with a Masters
- Level 3: 10+ years of work-related experience OR 6+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor degree OR 4+ years of work-related experience with a Masters degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
- Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Organizational and communication skills

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience , 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $71,400 - $96,600
Level 3: $84,150 - $113,850
