Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Systems Engineer - Level 4 to support the Next Generation Launch Equipment (NGLE) program in Chandler, AZ. The Systems Engineer - Level 4 will be responsible for MBSE (Cameo) and DOORS support used by the program.
Essential Functions:
Work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary and multi-division environment on the NGLE SEIT team
Regular interface with program management, engineering staff, and external customers
Scope, and align the digital engineering capabilities with the engineering tasks being performed by the programs
Present and prepare materials for presentation during critical reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 8 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 6 years of related engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with 4 years engineering experience
U.S. Citizenship is required
US DoD Interim Secret security clearance, or higher at the time of application
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical personnel
Strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MBSE (Cameo) and DOORS
Strong resolve to drive tasks to completion autonomously
Experience in Systems Engineering efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
