The goal of Digital Workplace (DW) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. A critical element required to achieve success for Digital Workplace (DW) is a clearly defined strategy supported by effective transformation plan and operational controls.
At Devices & Services PSL level (DWD), we enable employees with the provision of modern ‘endpoint’ services and an ability to access Airbus business applications and solutions wherever they are working. DWDV activities include Application Lifecycle Management, Web Browsers, PC Application Packaging and Deployment and Mobile App management.

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 3-5 years of Mobile Device Management experience and Mobile App Management.
PRIMARY
Good knowledge of platforms like Workspace One or MS Intunes.
Good Experience in Mobile Application Deployment, Distribution (B2B & B2C) and Management.
Good Understanding of Mobile App Development processes however development on Mobile Applications is taken care of by another team.
Interest into cross-platform Mobile Applications capabilities (WebApps, PWA, availability on MacOS, ChromebookOS, Windows, etc.)
Mobile Application lifecycle management, version control and liaise with Security for hardening guide.
Governance of Mobile Application Landscape within Airbus Environment
Liaise with Product Manager, SDM and Solution Architect to understand the environment and push improvements.
Follow operational and governance activities on Mobile Applications
Focus on efficiency and availability of the product environment
Set up continuous improvement and automation process taking care of business continuity and user experience
Good understanding of ITSM
Set up operational reporting
Be User experience oriented
Like collaborative and team spirit work, innovative, with a good sense of curiosity and desire to learn for yourself and others.
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, capacity to drive the change and manage stakeholders.
A negotiation level in English is required.
Capabilities to manage Partners, Suppliers and Subcontractor
GOOD TO HAVE

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
