Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Senior or Lead) to join the team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a positive, forward thinking, and energetic team of technical and engineering professionals to support BCA Systems Engineering & Integration organizational objectives and Leadership focus areas. Position Responsibilities:
- Helping the organization operate efficiently by fostering an environment of continual improvement in our business operations including operating rhythm, logistics, planning and other key deliverables.
- Support organizational strategies and roadmaps while working closely with BCA technical leaders, executive leadership and senior leadership teams.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating key program meetings, managing action items and meeting minutes, and collecting, organizing, and developing data for use by the organization.
- Generates, maintains, and analyzes data that enables the team to run the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, performance to plan information from various cross-functional teams, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and facilities requirements.
- Monitors and tracks execution of plans while communicating status to executive leadership and project participants.
- Facilitates numerous meetings including but not limited to weekly Business Plan Reviews (BPRs), Special Attention Meetings (SAMs), and cross-functional meetings.
- Develops executive level presentations for use with internal and external customers.
- Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Provides strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events with teams and customers.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 8+ years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- 8+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 8+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 8+ years’ experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material.
- 8+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Level 4): $100,300 - $135,700
Summary pay range (Level 5): $121,550 - $164,450
