What You Will Be Doing
As an F-22 Items Analyst (Level 4), you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational readiness of the F-22 Raptor by managing the visibility, movement, and availability of consumable assets across the program. Acting as the central point of contact for Total Asset Visibility (TAV), you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, anticipating future needs, and resolving high-priority supply issues that impact mission capability. This role requires a blend of supply chain expertise, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Youll work closely with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to support readiness, ensure inventory accuracy, and help drive the programs overall sustainment success.

You will manage the coordination of asset redistribution and replenishment actions, analyze parts data to support provisioning, and help ensure alignment with Air Force priorities. Your work will directly impact mission success and requires a strong understanding of defense logistics systems and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Total Asset Visibility (TAV) of F-22 consumables to support operational readiness.

- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and asset management efforts across the F-22 program.

- Monitor and manage the movement, redistribution, and reordering of assets to meet immediate and forecasted program requirements.

- Support resolution of Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) events by directing asset movement and inventory allocation.

- Develop and maintain provisioning data, catalog items, and determine requirements for initial and replenishment spares and modification kits.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design changes and their impact on managed hardware

- Utilize legacy systems, Air Force supply tools (such as GOLD and SBSS), and Material Requirements Planning systems to track and manage inventory.

- Ensure asset accountability and compliance with program logistics standards and customer expectations.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align supply efforts with mission needs.

You are a proactive logistics and supply chain professional with a deep understanding of asset management and military support operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing complex inventory systems to support mission-critical needs. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture allow you to anticipate issues and recommend effective solutions. You’re an excellent communicator who collaborates well across engineering, logistics, and customer teams. You bring a commitment to service, continuous improvement, and ensuring operational readiness for high-visibility defense programs.

You have experience with Department of Defense or Air Force supply systems (such as SBSS and GOLD), and youre comfortable navigating legacy and MRP systems. Your ability to translate data into action, paired with a strong sense of urgency and accountability, makes you a trusted team member in sustaining critical aircraft operations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 6 years of experience, 4 years of experience with a Masters degree, or 10 yeas of experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree

• Experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)

• Experience with Target Stock Levels (TSLs) and how to effectively manage consumables
Desired Skills:
• Lockheed Martin SAP or GOLDesp experience
• United States Air Force or other US Military experience
• Self-starter and can demonstrate leadership abilities and good organizational skills
• Supply experience
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and team-based environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
