This job is within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role supports the growth and enhancement of the Credit Union’s digital member experience across web, mobile, and integrated banking platforms. The Analyst position will implement new features, AI-enabled engagement tools, and third-party integrations that improve engagement, communication, and overall member satisfaction. The position also combines product coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure digital solutions are connected, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals. By monitoring engagement and adoption trends, the Analyst identifies opportunities to improve performance and increase digital participation.

• Serve as lead for assigned digital services, driving enhancements, integrations, and ongoing lifecycle optimization across member-facing platforms
• Improve digital experiences across online banking, mobile apps, authentication, alerts, messaging, and self-service tools to support evolving member needs
• Lead digital engagement initiatives including chat, AI-enabled chatbot experiences, push notifications, and digital member communications
• Define product requirements, user stories, and enhancement opportunities by translating business needs and member feedback into actionable solutions
• Analyze digital adoption, engagement metrics, and transaction trends to identify insights and opportunities for growth and experience improvement
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools that support decision-making, prioritization, and business case development
• Partner with third-party vendors and technology providers to support integrations, resolve issues, and ensure stable, seamless functionality
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and release readiness for new features, platform updates, and integrations
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Member Service teams to align digital initiatives, communications, and adoption strategies
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical updates into clear, member-focused communications and internal guidance
• The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or digital engagement roles

• Experience working with digital banking platforms, fintech integrations, or member-facing technologies

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards or reporting tools
• Familiarity with AI-driven chat, messaging platforms, or digital communication tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance technical understanding with member-focused thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
• Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
