- Able to bring team members together and ensure issues are resolved, project timelines are met, and overall Company objectives are achieved.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
- Hands on experience as a working manager using SAP to manage monthly accounting close for large manufacturing division with multiple sites is preferred.
- Some travel is required.
What you need to be successful:
- 10 years experience in Finance/Accounting in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant field is required.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
